Helium Balloons Delivery

• In the event of balloon burst after delivery and is not due to any mishandling from the customer within the first hour grace period, we will do any refund/exchange whichever deemed fit in that situation.
– Customer must inform within first hour from the delivered time.
– Only defects balloons will be refunded/exchange, NO full refund/exchange.
– Customer must show the proof of video/photo of the defects balloon.
– No refund/replacement/exchange will be made if informed after 1 hour of delivery time.
 
• Please handle balloons with care. Avoid direct sunlight, avoid sharp edges (especially ceiling), avoid hitting and squeezing, avoid putting balloons at places with strong wind (to prevent tangling and hitting/sharp edges). No replacement/ refund will be made if the helium balloon burst after 1 hour of delivery time. It is advisable to put the helium balloons indoors to prolong floating hours.
 
• We always aim to provide timely delivery, however please note that actual delivery time may vary from 30 MINUTES before or after your stated delivery time due to unforeseen weather and road traffic conditions.
 
• Kindly ensure someone will be at the venue to receive the balloons at the stated delivery date/time, do be informed re-delivery is chargeable if there is no one to receive the balloons within 15 mins and redelivery is also subjected to availability.
 
• We strongly recommend to schedule the delivery 1-2 hours prior to your event so the balloons will stay afloat beautifully throughout your celebrations. Refer below for floating time of different types of balloons.
 
 
 

Self Collection

• Please be on time (+/– 10 minutes) according to your selected timing as the team might not be in the office at all time, it is strictly by appointment only.
 
• Any amendment of collection date/time must be updated at least 2 days in advance, subject to availability.
