Order Acceptance Policy

All orders are subject to acceptance by B BLOOMS FLORIST (legal entity for BBLOOMS FLORIST N BALLOON). We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion. In case of rejection, we will provide refund equal to the paid amount.

Delivery of Your Order

During checkout, you can specify your preferred delivery date and time. Same-day deliveries are available for orders confirmed before 3:00 PM.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to modify your order, please contact us at bbloomsfloristnballoon@gmail.com. While we endeavor to accommodate last-minute changes, we can only guarantee changes requested by 10 AM one (1) day before the scheduled delivery.

Cancellation Policy

On-demand orders can be canceled via email to bbloomsfloristnballoon@gmail.com by 10 AM one (1) day before the delivery date. Refunds will be issued.

Payments

We currently accept Online Banking (FPX) as a payment method. All transactions are securely processed by Billplz. We are in the process of adding Credit Card and eWallet options.

Prices

All prices exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Policy

  • Our on-demand flower deliveries operate from Mondays to Sundays, excluding public holidays.
  • Specific timed deliveries are not available.
  • While we strive for punctual delivery, we cannot be held liable for delays due to factors beyond our control.

Abuse & Fraud

We reserve the right to hold orders suspected of abuse or fraud pending further investigation.

Our Promise, Returns, and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We guarantee the delivery of fresh and timely flowers. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns regarding the freshness or condition of your flowers.

Flower Availability and Substitution

All products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute products of similar style and value.

Offers and Promotion Codes

Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion. Terms and conditions apply.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Adverse Weather Conditions

During adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain and flood), our delivery partners may not be able to deliver orders on time. This is outside of our control and we cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order. Therefore, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we aren’t able to refund or offer re-delivery of affected orders.

Force Majeure

B BLOOMS FLORIST shall not be liable for delay in performing or for failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from any of the following: (i) Acts of God, (ii) outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, (iii) the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent), (iv) fire, explosion, flood, fog or adverse weather, (v) power failure, failure of telecommunications lines, failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles, (vi) default of suppliers, sub-contractors or delivery partners, (vii) theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out or industrial action of any kind, and (viii) any cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond BBLOOMS FLORIST’ reasonable control.

Customer and Recipient Personal Information

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. It is essential to provide accurate information for effective communication and order delivery.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Malaysian Law. Disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian Courts, and all communication shall be conducted in English.
